EDU ISTOK-AQUA - description and specifications
"ISTOK-AQUA” electrodialysis unit - designed for demineralization (desalination) water of different salinity for the needs of industrial and drinking water supply.
EDU "ISTOK-AQUA - compact block type unit, consisting of the following units of technological equipment:
• electrodialysis module;
• control system with the power source;
• frame with hydraulic part (pumps, valves and pipelines, tank equipment).
Blocking design gives the opportunity to optimize its placement in General, depending on a given area, where will be mounted EDU.
Process management in EDU is computerized. The power supply in EDU is supplied from the programmable constant current source, providing optimum performance of ED. The automatic control system of technological process control of both hydraulic and electric modes of operation for a given program, diagnosis operating parameters of electrodialysis module.
Structurally, the corresponding system is executed in a separate cabinet, where planted the controller and the power source. On the front panel of the control cabinet is a touch screen display technology, the status of all actuators, the animation path of flow of liquids. On Customer’s request it is possible to create a second workstation for computer process control.
Along with the basic technological process - demineralization of whey - provided daily conduct of the washing process EDU alkaline and acidic solution, in both automatic and manual modes.
The control unit is carried out by one operator.
